At Kalamazoo Property Investments, we believe a rental home should feel like home from the moment you walk through the door.
We are a locally owned property management and real estate investment company in Kalamazoo, Michigan, proudly serving the Kalamazoo area since 2012. What began with a small collection of single-family homes has grown into a portfolio of approximately 150 rental homes, including single-family residences, small multi-family properties, and 14 furnished apartments in Kalamazoo.
What makes us different is the personal attention we give to our properties. We don’t simply purchase and manage rentals—we thoughtfully renovate and improve them to create comfortable, modern, and stylish spaces our residents can truly enjoy.
Many of our homes feature distinctive design details selected by our in-house designer, JackieB, including custom tilework, stainless steel appliances, updated flooring, and granite or quartz countertops.
Whether someone is looking for a traditional long-term rental or a furnished apartment in Kalamazoo, our goal is the same: to provide a well-maintained, thoughtfully designed space that feels welcoming and comfortable.

- We achieve this by leasing properties (1-4 bedroom/1-2 baths/400-1600sqft) in Kalamazoo that have been extensively and attractively remodeled.
- Subsequently, we market and then rent homes to well-qualified tenants and provide a prompt, effective and friendly after service.
- We support the neighborhoods where we do business through employment, effective charitable donations as well as purchasing and improving the quality of housing which in turn enhances local home values.
